I can’t say enough good things about Aon Water and the staff. I have been a customer for 8 years and they have always been extremely helpful whenever I have needed service. They are prompt, easy to work with and very reasonable. More businesses should strive for their level of excellence. I highly recommend!
First, Marshal did a great job on the install, and I appreciate it greatly. Second, there was an issue on water flow to kitchen sink and one outdoor bib, down the line. All connections were correct. Upon Marshals departure, I discovered there was a kink in outdoor hose and hose nozzle had a malfunction on setting selected. The bib was working correctly the whole time. So back to kitchen sink, after taking off nozzle, to the somewhat new $300 faucet set, and cleaning screen, sink worked perfect. If this would have been done earlier, could have saved everyone time.
Jeremy is excellent! He has performed our annual maintenance for the past few years. He is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. He takes the time to listen and answer all of my questions. He does an outstanding job! Keep up the good work!
